I'm disabled and I can't give blood.

I've noticed ridiculous demands for blood and organs from disabled people. Why is it wrong for people to be annoyed by these demands. I had a conversation earlier on a completely different chamber, and it made me angry; I can't give blood, I'm disabled and excluded from donating. I went and said "I can't give blood", and this man came out of nowhere and said "You're disabled why do you care". I'm like, what? Why tf does he care that I'm disabled. I'm excluded from the blood donation pool BECAUSE of my disability, and it makes me angry. They only give blood to healthy people, and I'm excluded from donating because I'm not "healthy". No one should be angry at me for being disabled. I didn't ask to be this way.

EDIT: I'm not angry for being disabled; I'm angry for being asked to donate blood when I can't. When I see people getting angry at disabled people for not being able to give blood I get mad.

EDIT2: To clarify I'm not angry about being unable to give blood, I'm angry that people who cannot donate are blamed for it.

EDIT3: I didn't expect it to attract this much attention! However I'm glad it did as people blaming and shaming disabled people for not donating really just needs to calm down.

EDIT4: I will not die. I have been periodically donating for years. No troubles so far.
