Why are most historians left leaning?

I'm very interested in history and have learned so much from historians on social media, but most of my favorite historians are left leaning. I'm not left leaning, I just want to learn. And it seems most of the most popular historians are left leaning. I have no problem with that, but I was just curious as to if right leaning historians are more scarce or if they just post less on social media. I feel like if I want a right leaning perspective, I have to go to a podcast or a more right leaning website. I've never seen a right leaning historian on tiktok.
