Looking for someone to help me build a software to uncover the communication panel of an OBD2 OBDII reader

I was looking for an app like that but I can't find it, so I need someone to help me build one. I need some advice, just give me a hint to start with. Or maybe someone can help me with the actual build? I am a graphic designer/developer with zero coding skills. The app will need to read CAN data through Bluetooth, and send the data to a website (I'll build the website with Wix). It needs to be able to filter the panel for each car model, like a smart app that if you select for example Volkswagen Golf 2015, it will show you just the important parts of the OBD2 reader panel.<br><br>Thanks guys, cheers!
