Did anyone ever try that "Nugget Conversion Kit" from 1999?

I remember this advertisement from 1999 that was for this "Nugget Conversion Kit" that apparently used some of those white things from McDonalds chicken nuggets to make things like chicken pot pie and chicken salad and chicken sandwiches and things like that. But then I heard that it was a publicity stunt and the kits never actually went on sale. I was wondering however if someone managed to get their hands on one of these kits because I remember that advertisement being everywhere for a few months in 1999. I wonder if someone out there is just sitting on an unopened "Nugget Conversion Kit" waiting for the day to come when it will be valuable.
