Firstly, I love AI. But I was AI-bashing today.

I got my exam results today, and I found out I was in the top 10% of my year group, in the top 2% in general knowledge, and in the top 1% in physics. But my grades have fallen.

Why?

I believe AI has something to do with it. I saw AI-generated exam answers that were word for word the answers that were given in class. I've seen AI-generated notes. And sure, I have done it too.

I hate that so many of my peers cheat like that. AI is supposed to be for good, not cheating. So I decided to find a solution.

My solution is to allow students to use AI in exams, but with some rules.

Allow students to use AI as a tool in exams. In class, teach students to use AI better.

Instead of taking away AI, we should teach students to use it in a collaborative and worthy way.

I believe that this way, students will learn more. And the quality of work will rise.

I know some of you may disagree, but there is no other way to completely take away AI. This is the best solution so far.
