We pay 48 a month for our land line and DSL. How can I make phone calls and get internet without paying that?

We pay 48 a month for a landline and super terrible internet. Idk what the landline does except that we can call people we don’t want to speak to again lol. <br><br>What are my options and how can I get rid of that bill?
