What is your philosophy of life. Why does it make sense to you?

This is inspired by an interview question by Tim Ferriss. He was asking his guests about their philosophy of life in one or two sentences. For example, "You can't lose if you don't have anything." Or "Life is 10% what you make it and 90% how you take it." Or "Your best work will be your gift to the world, not remuneration for work. " Or "no one ever does anything for only one reason." Or " You are not responsible for being born, but you are responsible for dying. " Or "My purpose in life is to be a conduit for love. " Or "The best revenge is massive success."
