He sent me information on making “fried chicken stock granules” after roasting this is what you should do…boil the bones and carcass in water to make stock…then separate the fat and let it solidify then blend up the fat and add the chicken stock and blend…then put the mixture on parchment paper and freeze and then crush it into a powder and vacuum seal it and put it in the fridge and add a spoonful of it in a cup of boiling water to make fried chicken stock.<br><br>My question is, all things being equal, my chicken stock frozen in a cube would have the same flavor as your fried chicken stock granules but I’m sure we’ve all done this at some point. ? It’s like people are so obsessed with these “25 uses for banana peels” listicles and it’s like yeah we’ve all been there, did it, bought the T shirt…not sure what to make of these clickbait articles
