How much does the time of the day affect your productivity and sleep cycle?

Ok, I discovered this when I first entered College a few weeks ago. I would’ve to wake up really early at 7 am for my class in the morning (thank god I don’t have a 8 am). Sometimes, if I’m too lazy to do anything, I would go back to sleep after eating breakfast. This is when I discovered something. <br><br>I would feel absolutely dead after my morning class, no matter how much I slept. I wouldn’t want to do anything productive, I would just wanna sit around and do nothing. But in the evening around 4 PM, I would feel absolutely energized. I would wanna do my homework, do my work out, cook my food, etc. This has been happening all week. <br><br>I would feel extremely productive in the evening, but extremely lazy in the morning. Even though I have to wake up at 7 am everyday, I don’t feel any energy until around 12 pm. And I feel the most energy in the evening. My energy levels goes like this:<br><br>Morning around 7-9: 0% (feeling absolutely dead, extremely lazy, drowsy, etc.) <br><br>10-12: 20% (slightly better)<br><br>12-4: 60% (feeling extremely energized, want to do a lot of things)<br><br>4-7: 90% (feeling extremely energized, want to get shit done)<br><br>7-10: 80% (I don’t feel like doing anything else besides watching YouTube and drinking)<br><br>10-12: 50% (feeling extremely tired)<br><br>1-2: 20% (feeling extremely tired)<br><br>2-5: 0% (feeling extremely drowsy, and extremely cold. Want to sleep)<br><br>This is my energy levels everyday. I would also want to add that I have been sleeping at around 4-6 am and waking up at 7 am. The weird thing is, when I sleep at 12 am, I would feel extremely tired in the morning and extremely energized in the evening as well. <br><br>Please tell me what I’m doing wrong.
