What’s your secret on saving money?

I do most of the typical frugal stuff like cooking my own food, ditching subscriptions, etc. But I’m struggling to save money. Is there something you do that really isn’t much but makes a big difference over time? For example I know a guy that saves like 10% of his income by getting a big water jug instead of buying bottles.
