Is anyone else having a day where they want to say screw it all and walk away?

Fired my para, she was a family member and friend. She was not doing her job and I could not trust her in my room with my kids unsupervised. <br><br><br>Firing a para is difficult, you don't have a HR, it is all on you. My principal does not want to get involved. It is up to me to write the report stating why I have lost trust and want her gone. Then you must have a meeting, by yourself, with the person being fired. I have now had to remove a friend and family member from my life. To be honest, most people would have done this months ago and I was a bitch for not doing it. I tried to first have a conversation with her. You can't fix someone who does not think that there is a problem.<br><br><br>Next is my principal. Honestly, she is a bitch who does not like anyone. She does not like men, "They can't even change a tire, why can I trust them with 30 children." She does not like women, "They will lie about you to climb the corporate ladder." She does not like ethnic minorities, "those people take all of our jobs." She does not like white people who hire minorities, "You are ruining our country." This woman needs to be fired from working with children because of her beliefs. <br><br><br>I have a meeting with HR on friday and I plan on documenting every bit of it. I am going to tell them I want in writing how to report her and I want to know the steps of reporting her. I am going to take it a step further and ask if I report her, will she know I am the one who reported her.<br><br><br>I hate my job of teaching because of the administration. I love my kids to death. They are who make me get up out of bed. I'll sleep in my car tonight, bc I am houseless, and I'll get up tomorrow and get to school and do my best to teach those kids. I hate being a teacher bc I get screwed over at every corner. I shut my door and I cry after school. I cry in my car before work. I cry myself to sleep wondering what did I do so wrong that I deserve to be treated like this.
