What is your favorite method of procrastination and why is it better than the alternatives?

I have used a lot of different methods over the years to warm up my creative juices before writing. In college, my first draft was always the draft I submitted. When I was new to my career, I would do some random stretching and do my work a few hours late. Breakdancing left me with several injuries, so I am currently brushing up on my painting.

I think painting is currently my favorite method to procrastinate. It is extremely time consuming and as long as you are working hard, you can't even feel guilty. Also, paintings can take days to dry and making small adjustments as you go can be a great way to make time go by faster. The best part is that there are so many time consuming details that you can focus on. People love to look at portraits, so an average painting to procrastinate with is just a portrait of a popular fictional character and then focus on the background for 10 hours a day.

What are your favorite ways to waste time? I am thinking of switching to ice sculpting next week, but I am a total beginner.
