Visiting Paris is too expensive!! I need advice on how to visit for cheap.

Just got back from Italy! (5 cities in 5 days) and it was AMAZING. But now I'm really craving Paris, however it is just way too expensive. I lived in Paris for almost a year back in the 90's (my dad is French) so I obviously need to go back! lol!<br><br>Italy was relatively cheap, but it seems like Paris is a lot more expensive to visit. I need advice on how to visit for a few days without breaking the bank, especially airline tickets and hotels. Any suggestions?<br><br>Advice on cheap tickets, transportation, hotels would be great.
