The future of gun ownership in the United States is good

I've been hearing a lot of people talking about how the Biden administration is going to take our guns, or ban AR-15's and suppressors, and this is my take on it.
Back in 2012 when Obama won re-election, I had a few friends that were convinced that Obama was going to cancel the next presidential election and remain in office forever. I was in high school at the time and my mindset was different back then, but I knew that wouldn't and couldn't happen. Granted, Obama and Holder were well on their way to pulling off one of the biggest gunrunning scandals in history, but I digress.
Now, I've been seeing a lot of threads on here with people convinced that the Biden administration is going to send the military door to door to confiscate our guns. First off, that's not happening. Just like Obama didn't cancel the next election, Biden isn't going to send the military door to door to take our guns. Secondly, Biden isn't going to ban AR-15's and suppressors either. The AR platform is here to stay, and a lot of people know it. I think that for the time being, we won't see any new, major gun legislation. As long as the Senate remains conservative, and the Supreme Court has a conservative majority, the future of gun ownership is good. We've come a long way from the days of the federal AR ban, and we're not going back. We've also come a long way in protecting people's right to carry. Now, we have states with constitutional carry, and A lot of states have reciprocity, where your concealed carry permit is valid in other states. I don't think that we will see any large strides in pro gun legislation, but I definitely don't think that we will go backwards. As long as we have a conservative Senate and Supreme Court, our right to bear arms will be protected and preserved.
