Guys I can’t do this anymore. I’ve literally shoplifted from almost every store in my city at one point or another.

I hate this shamet. It’s an ugly feeling. I feel like I’m better than this, but I don’t know. Shoplifting is like my drug. I’ll never stop. But I get paranoid for days after. Am I addicted? Is there a way to chill out afterwards?
