Twitter to end free verification for real people in 30 days

Twitter will continue to verify businesses and government entities for a fee of $1,000 per month per account.<br><br>The company has not announced how much it will charge real people to be verified.<br><br>Twitter has over 450 million monthly active users. But, it only has about 62,000 verified accounts.
