At the same time, I no longer buy a sandwich or a pastry outside. I prepare everything at home and I eat at home.
3. I started walking a lot more. I walk for at least 30 minutes a day. It's been harder with lockdown but I've kept to the rhythm.
4. I prepare all my meals and snacks at home. I no longer buy snacks or donuts, no more sugar. I no longer eat outside except for birthdays or special occasions.
5. I stopped buying all kinds of junk food, snack, chocolate, pizza, take aways.
6.
