AI "app" to help people finish things they never finished

This is an idea I had while talking to a friend. The idea is to build a service (it could also be a feature in a bigger app) where people can log in, go "oh crap, I never finished that thing" and then the AI helps them by first reminding them what it was about, second by providing them a list of what things are still to be finished, third by helping them schedule the necessary steps to finish any remaining unfinished business and finally by providing a weekly reminder about how much of it has been finished and how much is still left.
