Hello meal preppers, I usually lurk in the MyBoyfriendisOutofTown and MyGirlfriendIsOutofTown, however I think I lost my fitness drive. I recently started seeing my ex again and he looks a hell of a lot better without a beer belly, and I think it's my motivation to tighten up my waistline.<br><br>My ex and I are both busy and have been seeing each other on weekends, however we're both looking to improve our workout routine. Although I'm getting back to regular meal preps, I continue to have trouble finding fun workouts.<br><br>He enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and running, while I enjoy nothing and get bored with routine easily. How do you incorporate exercise in your daily routine? You can share your favorite things to do, how you got into it, etc. What keeps you motivated?<br><br>TLDR: How to you incorporate exercise that actually looks fun?
