Polyglots, how do you deal with the fear of forgetting a language?

Hi everyone. I have been interested in multiple languages for a long time. I'm fluent in 2 and learning 5. I will admit, I am really afraid of forgetting a language. Many people tell me that it's no big deal and that I can always pick it up again. But the idea of losing a language is something that I'm afraid of. Conny, Steve Kaufman, and other polyglots aren't afraid of this. I don't know how they are so calm and confident about it.
