I had a weird encounter with a woman/mom/parent

This happened about 13 years ago when I was between 13 and 15. I was at a skate park in Orem, Ut. I was sitting on the side of the park, next to a woman and her 2 daughters. I think the daughters were around 8 and 6. The woman was letting me play on her other phone while she talked on her other phone. She asked my name and age, seemed like a nice woman. However, I distinctly remember her making a comment like, 'I really like how skinny you are.' And then she said something like, 'Can I touch your legs?' As a 13 or 15 year old, you really don't know how to react to stuff like this. Being really skinny, I was even more self conscious about it. She asked a couple more times, and I told her no. Then she asked the 8 year old daughter if she could touch my legs, and told her to tell me that she liked my legs. I told the mom no again, then I just got up and skated away to a different part of the park. This is the only time I've encountered someone that acted strangely in a manner like this. It was really strange and I don't even remember other people in that park.<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>Edit: I changed the ages of the daughters, from 12, 9 to 8, 6. I don't remember exactly, it was a while ago.
