They SUCK. I just lost all of my history because of a rubber-banding error. It's so dumb.

Really, I want to complain about the fact that the screen jumps to the top everytime I start typing. If I haven't logged in to the app for a while, I would like to be able to view the previous chat entries to get an idea of what I was working on before I logged out. rubber-banding is a horrible concept and a major side effect is that I lost all of my chat history because I clicked 'clear all' thinking I was clicking 'View Archive' which is perfectly placed right next to it. You click on View Archive and it gives you the most recent chats, so you might as well not click anything to begin with. I understand that viewing history is not the primary purpose of this app, but I use it for my work and would prefer to be able to look back at previous projects to learn from them, but unfortunately that is not an option with this app. Because of the rubber-banding, you can only view recent messages and only for a short period of time before it kicks you out of the app. The chat history isn't even saved anywhere, so there is no way to access old chats even if you wanted to.
