My realtor just told me to get out of the market (Washington state)

I’m in the process of buying a new place right now and today was supposed to be the inspection, but the seller cancelled. I’m very nervous about wierd bugs or infestation at this point in the process. I called my realtor to ask her if she had any thoughts on wierd bugs that might be a red flag and she immediately told me to run if it’s a townhouse. <br><br>She just left a townhouse and is now living in a single family home.
