Am I in the minority that I like museums?

I just got back from visiting New York City and visited the American Museum of Natural History, The Met, and the Guggenheim. Had an amazing time at each one (Guggenheim was my least favorite but still enjoyable) and NY wouldn’t have been the same without them.<br><br>Granted I’m American and it was in America, but I just don’t understand people who don’t like historical/cultural institutions, and the derisive snark that can come with them. Thoughts?
