In a heavy breeder, how many eggs a week is the norm?

I’ve had a layer her for a few weeks and a few weeks ago she was laying her eggs fine. Then she had a stint of eggs with thin shells/soft and a couple without any shell at all. After she had finished shedding her feathers I’m now collecting 1 egg a day consistently.<br>I want to be able to breed her, but I’m not sure if I’m the problem or if she is the problem. I’m also not sure how to help her to lay eggs a bit less frequently if that’s the problem.
