I know my medication is fake. Im using black market gabapentin from the streets.

I buy gabapentin from the streets, and I know know know my medication is fake. They come in little baggies that say 300 mg. I have been using the streets to get my gabapentin for the last 7 years or so. The other day I had a bad come up, and I couldn't breathe. I thought I was going to die and I was in the hospital for 6 days. I'm pretty sure they give me fake gabapentin that is mixed with other drugs like benadryl and other addictive medication. I feel like I'm going to get addicted to the gabapentin or could be addicting to a different drug in my medication. I am scared I know my medication is fake know my medication is fake and I'm still using it. <br><br>What can I do to get into a detox or rehab or get real gabapentin. The streets is my only way I can get gabapentin.<br><br>Edit: I went into a urgent care 3 days ago. They sent me to the emergency room, they took a drug test and my drug test came back clean, no gabapentin in my system. They couldn't figure what I took. My heart rate was very low. I couldn't breathe. They said I was going through withdraws from something.
