I live in an apartment (1st floor) in the Chicago area. I have a sliding glass door that looks out to the back of the apartment complex. This is literally the only place where you can hear the bugs, which are somewhat loud.

In recent weeks, I've been noticing more bugs that have somehow gotten into my apartment and they are driving me absolutely insane. At first, I thought they were boxelder bugs, but after doing some research, I think these are actually Western Conifer Seed Bugs. I've taken pictures of the bugs in my apartment to show my landlord and to the management company. But so far, no response from either of them. I am quite literally at my whit's end here. I have never been more in need of advice and help as I am right now.

1. How can I get rid of these bugs? And what are some measures that I can take going forward to avoid having them come into my apartment.
2. What would be the best way to communicate this to my landlord, especially considering the fact that he refuses to acknowledge that there's a problem with the bugs.
3. How would you handle this if you were in my shoes? What would you do in this situation?

Thank you very much for your time.
