Antifragile basically explains that there are 3 categories something can be:

-fragile
-resilient
-antifragile

Fragile things break when something happens, and it's sometimes unfixable. Resilient things stay the same. Antifragile things only grow stronger.

For academic success:
You can decide if you're going to choose to be antifragile. You can choose to be someone who's comfortable with the idea of taking risks and testing yourself, or you can be someone who values the safety of memorizing answers and formulas and just putting all your effort into doing so.

Making mistakes isn't bad. It's actually really good. If you let yourself be wrong, you can learn from yourself. If you let yourself fail, you can learn from yourself. And from there you can grow.

Test yourself with problems even when you don't have to. Take the tougher classes with the tougher profs. Do all the questions.

There's comfort in understanding a subject enough to do the 10 marks questions on a test, but there's growth in trying to understand enough to do the bonus questions.

There's comfort in getting a 60% but there's growth in wanting to get a 95%.

There's comfort in getting a C but there's growth in wanting to get an A.

That's the quickest, most efficient way.
