Brainwashing<br><br>Silent screams in hidden places<br><br>Ask for consent when I’m already naked<br><br>I say no you say yes I whisper no you say yes<br><br>We both have keys to my door<br><br>I say no you say yes I whisper no you say I can say no until I’m dead but my body will always say yes<br><br>I say no you say yes I whisper no you say yes and when I say no you say yes I say no you say yes I whisper no you say yes until my brain is washing me saying yes when I say no you say yes I whisper no you say yes<br><br>We both have keys to my door.<br><br>I love you so much<br><br>Can I see you? I wasn’t sure where to put it, so I threw it here. It’s a bit different than my usual style, but I’d love any feedback!<br><br>Edit: I just want to say thank you to everyone for your support. I switched to this poetry group because I didn’t want to feel like I was advertising anything when I posted personal stuff. I just want it known that it was the most supportive poetry community I’ve ever found. Thank you all so much, and I wish you the best.
