Posting unedited screenshots of CP in SFW chambers

Posting lewds in SFW chambers is already a heinous crime, but I'm genuinely curious about what happens in these situations when the CP is reported and the mods get sent the unedited screenshot for evidence. If the mods comply with the report, they technically commit a federal crime by viewing CP. Then there are mods like in r/relationship_advice that solicits the mods by asking for them to be removed, and the mods literally say that they're fine with viewing CP.<br><br>What happens in these situations?
