I live in a certain part of the world, we are not the most wealthy people.. When I look at the news, everything is about America, and nothing is about us. Why do I care about what goes on in a country half way around the world?

Why the hell does every major news outlet talk about what goes on in America? Trump this, Trump that. Even 2 days ago, I looked at the news and it was about America. Why the hell is that? I don't care about them, I live in a certain country in Europe. Why the hell am I forced to watch America news. It makes no sense to me.
