My chubby sister may have won the genetic lottery

My (20M) sister (17F) and her 3 best friends are all chubby and they all just graduated high school this past Friday. One of her male friends who is in their friend group was a no-show for the actual graduation, so the 4 of them went out to eat dinner together and ran into this super good-looking celebrity guy (let's call him JW) at the restaurant they went to. He's in his early 40's and looks like he could be in his late 20's. He's really chiseled and is one of those men with a face and body that just makes you do a double take.

Anyway, JW had a table nearby and my sister said he kept making eye contact with her during dinner, and eventually sent a drink over to her table. They started chatting for a while, exchanging pleasantries, and he asked for her number. She wasn't sure if he was being sincere, but so far he has been texting her nonstop since Saturday and wants to take her out to dinner later this week. (Initially, he wanted to take her out today, but they decided on later this week so they could get to know each other a little more and JW prepares for some filming he has coming up. Apparently, he's about to fly out to Europe in a couple of weeks so that's why he wants to spend time with her before he has to leave, per my sister.)

I'm not sure what to make of any of this. A small, private high school in the Midwest isn't exactly where you'd expect to run into a world-renowned celebrity, but I'm glad they met each other. I'm a little concerned that as an 18-year-old, she's a bit too young to be hanging out with a 40-something man. I'm also concerned that he may be using her, though my sister has been told he's supposed to be a good, stand-up guy.

Also, I'm sure he's used to being around very physically attractive women, so I'm just not sure what his angle is here. My sister is a very beautiful woman, but she's chubby and not in the traditional mold of what you'd expect for someone of his status to be with.
