Why women don't want to perform oral on men

I'm going to start it with the actual explanation: women don't want to give oral sex to men because they are disgusted by the taste/smell of the pre-cum. No, they don't do it cause men don't clean their stuff often enough. No, they don't do it because they don't know how to do it good. Their idea of oral sex is to be done with no passion, in a hurry, to get it over asap. When they do it, it's also usually without enough pre-cum, so it's dry and hella painful. Why do they do it then? I guess to mark their territory on a male and to make him completely devoted to them.
