Can you get bailed out for two warrants from the same person

I’ve been in jail for over three months for stealing food and have a no bond warrant for assaulting the cop who arrested me. I should be released on 9/26 but am afraid that I’ll be arrested again and taken to another county to be held so I’m wondering if I should just wait and do my time after my trial and fines are paid.
