How would human society react if the entire world was suddenly hit with a magic spell that made it impossible to lie for 1 month?

There are no exceptions. I feel that this thread has been thoroughly hijacked and derailed by people insisting that world leaders will start WW3. I feel that those types of comments massively underestimate the likelihood of a full scale nuclear war actually breaking out. Also, this sub is for explaining things in a way a five year old can understand, and it's pretty clear that a lot of you need to go back and read the official rules of this sub, as well as the reddit-wide rules. I really don't want to give anyone a temporary ban, but I will. Thank you all for your feedback.
