What do you think of the phrase “boys love”?

I (M28) think it’s an incredibly cringe, creepy and weird term. It’s not an innocent love, it’s very sexualized and fetishized. It also comes with the assumption that they are gay, which demeans the experience of gay men and makes it into a fantasy.
