Does it feel satisfying when a man is sad/angry/upset over something you've done?

This might be the wrong place to ask, but I'd like to hear real and honest answers.<br><br>The reasoning behind this question is that one of my friends who is a female has a tendency of manipulating people to get her own way. To prove her point, she likes to make my other friend feel bad about themselves by saying "oh you're hurt that I did X? That means you care!" in a happy manner. Not only can it be confusing to other people, but it's also hurtful to the other person.
