Hearing "sorry not sorry" after someone says "sorry" sucks

This is mostly about sports. When someone's team wins and a player on the other team does some questionable shit that was called out by the other team's players, fans, and announcers (and has a history of it). And then the announcers are like "oh and that dirty player is celebrating the win, sorry not sorry!" Or "he really sucks but I'm gonna say it, sorry not sorry!" Like they realize this guy is a scumbag, but then just say, in essence, "yknow what no he's not a scumbag".

Its just bullshit. You can't have it both ways. You either acknowledge what he is and judge him, or you just ignore that part and acknowledge his skills. And the fact that he's a scumbag 100% does affect how good of a player he is, and whether he deserves to be celebrated.
