I don't understand what's so wrong with the 2020s anime

I've been watching anime for 3~4 years and I've seen a lot of people online complaining about the lack of quality in anime after 2020 but I've never really understood why. 2021 wasn't the best year for me, I only enjoyed 5 shows (Hanyou, Shingeki, Odd Taxi, Re: Zero, 86). I've watched more anime this year than last year (so far 11 shows) and most of them have been really good. I'm not saying that there isn't a lot of "low quality" shows (I put in quotation marks because It's possible some people will enjoy it) but it's the same for every year.
