Want to steal good items, like beauty products, liquor, or something in electronics, but they got those alarms to stop? This is how to stop them (not just for theft).

These alarms are usually called RFID alarms. There are 2 types: Hard tags and Soft tags.

Hard RFID tags are usually black and are like 1 inch long and .5 inches wide, and can be harder to take off because they have a pin like device with a pincher at the end that holds onto the product. You need to remove the pincher to get them off.

Soft RFID tags are small plastic stickers on the item, usually on the bottom. They can be harder to find. They don’t have a pincher device, but they still attach to the item.

These tags can be removed by breaking them, but they can break the item too. So here’s how to remove both without breaking the item.
1. Take the RFID tag and peel off the plastic casing. Then remove the plastic circle in the center to expose the wires there.
2. You need to cut one of the 3 wires inside to remove it completely. The wires are thin and fragile and can easily break, (which is what you want) so try to cut them. In hard tags you can use scissors. In soft tags the wires are spaced out so you need to use a screwdriver or something thin to break them. Just be careful not to break the product with the screwdriver.
3. If you can’t break the wires for whatever reason just removing the plastic circle can be enough to remove the RFID alarm. This is because the wires inside are sensitive and need to be in a certain position to keep the alarm on. So removing the circle might cause the wires to move and turn off the alarm.

This is how you can steal without breaking the items. Or if you want to just remove the alarms just because (but not steal) you can remove them too.

This method works on all RFID tags so far without fail, but you never know if they change how they work, so be careful.
