How do I get help with my finances if I don’t have money to begin with?

Hello- <br><br>This has been a long time coming. I’m 20 years old and currently in college but I ruined my original credit last year by getting in over my head with credit cards. <br><br>While I’m doing better right now, I’m still in debt from that and trying to make transfers into a savings account every month. I don’t know how to do this properly and I know I need help. The problem is that all these programs are expensive. I don’t have money to put towards those. I hope that makes sense. I’m currently reading a book from the local library on finances but I want a more definitive path. <br><br>What are my options? Should I just continue reading, find a financial advisor on campus (I’m not sure if they offer those), or something else entirely? Any advice would be great.
