I put scrambled eggs or sautéed eggs in a jar, add shredded cheese, frozen mixed berries, and whole wheat toast (or English muffins) for breakfast. I make 6-8 at a time just to have them ready. <br><br>Some days I add diced turkey sausage or diced ham for added protein. <br><br>If I do the scrambled eggs I add milk to the jar and pop it in the microwave for about 1 minute (depending on how I like them done). <br><br>I can add salsa to the scrambled eggs if I want some spice. <br><br>I’ve done diced veggies in there like mushrooms, spinach, and asparagus. <br><br>I put all the ingredients into the fridge and ready to go for the week.
