If stealthing (nonconsensual removal of a condom) is rape, so should lying about being on birth control

Stealthing was rather prominent in the news not too long ago (over here in the UK), <br>our laws cause this to be classified as rape. <br>I am glad that this is the case, as to do this to someone is awful. <br>However, if someone female lies about using birth control, they *should* also face prosecution <br>if a child is the result, as the only way the incident could be considered consensual <br>is if the other party knew there was a risk of pregnancy.
