Why do people buy expensive tastless meat?

The beef in the averager grocery store tastes bad, it’s full of random meat pieces, and the fat content is so high. <br><br>Why would you spend $4/lb when you can buy 100% grass fed meat for $2/lb dirctly from a farm. <br><br>Buying quality meat from a farm has changed my life.
