You guys I think I cracked the code. <br><br>I have been TRYING to get a piece of chicken that tastes as good as it looks. I need something that I can make a big batch of and I use it for a week. My goal is to meal prep a week worth of chicken, especially if I’m baking it on the highest heat setting. This sauce is so good and so good for you and it’s really good for you!!! <br><br>This sauce is made with garlic, ginger, lime, and greek yogurt. I’m not even kidding… it’s THAT simple. <br><br>What you will need: <br><br>1. Bannana peppers <br><br>2. Green beens <br><br>3. Greek yogurt <br><br>4. Lime <br><br>5. Butter <br><br>6. Garlic <br><br>7. Ginger <br><br> moveTo instructions: <br><br>INSTRUCTIONS: <br><br>1. Make sure to preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. <br><br>2. Chop the peppers and the green beens and place them on a baking sheet. You can also throw some chicken on there if you want it to be ready by the end of the video and top it with your new homemade sauce at the end. <br><br>4. Roast those vegetables in the oven for about 15 minutes. This is your first step in making this sauce. <br><br>5. Once those veggies are ready pull them out and place them in a blender. <br><br>6. Add in some garlic, ginger, lime juice, butter, and Greek yogurt. <br><br>7. Blend until smooth and creamy, and that's it, that's your sauce. <br><br>8. Once it’s blended you can let it sit in the fridge for as long as you like. <br><br>9. You can put this on anything from chicken to fish.
