What are some things I can do while driving to help fill out my world’s mythology?

I commute 30-50 minutes to work depending on whether I’m driving or taking the bus, and I find myself having a lot to think about when I’m by myself in the car and no real way to jot what I’ve come up with down. My world is currently a bit of a mess and I’m hoping to clear some things up. What things could I think about (or listen to) that would help me flesh out my world? I know I can just generate some characters and stuff, but I’m not sure what’s relevant. This world is gonna be for a fantasy book, if that helps.<br><br>Edit: some context for anyone who reads this in the future: I’m specifically trying to flesh out a pantheon of gods and their chronology and flow of events through time.
