In what situation is it okay to use the n-word?

I know there’s this weird trend of white people becoming actors...acting like Black people. There’s a clear line that separates us, like how it’s OK for us to say the n-word but they are called out for saying it. <br><br>I want to know what situation would make it OK for a white person to say the n-word without being called out.
