Ok so I have recently been feeling really low. Like I think I need to get therapy because I have been working a 40 hour a week job, and I have a handful of hobbies. I've just been feeling really depressed. Like I don't even care to do anything. But I finally got out of the house today and now I'm feeling a little better. Which makes me wonder what else I can do to actually stay feeling productive and happy with life. Any thoughts?<br><br>Edit: Wow! Thank you all so much for all the great<br> Advice! I'm really gonna take all this into consideration! I'm also gonna try counseling too! I appreciate all the different perspectives! You all are wonderful!
