Million dollar man

So this happened to me a few days ago. I was at work and one of my coworkers and I were walking out to our cars together at the end of our shift. She parks next to me in the parking lot because our spots are right next to each other. As we were walking towards our cars we noticed a black SUV pull up next to us (in a parking space). We just kind of thought it was a weird place to park since there were so many empty parking spaces around him but my coworker and I thought nothing of it.<br><br>But once we got close to our cars this man (who I’m assuming was in his late 40’s or early 50’s) got out of his car. He wasn’t really wearing anything but a white t shirt and blue shorts. I work in a grocery store and it was a freezing cold day that day so it was definitely a red flag that he wasn’t even wearing shoes.<br><br>But he approached us and started talking. I don’t really remember what he said. I believe he asked for money or something but I told him no. He then kept talking about how he was a millionaire and asked if we wanted to go to a fancy dinner with him and he would give us a million dollars. I can’t really remember all of details of what he was saying but I remember him saying something like “don’t worry I won’t sleep with you unless you want to”. I also remember him saying he had 2 wives. Not sure if that means he was in a polygamous relationship or if he was just divorced. Either way, It Was Very Weird.<br><br>So I told him no and that we weren’t interested and he just walked away. But we were kind of freaked out about the whole thing. We didn’t know what to make of it. We drove away in our cars and I looked back and he was just standing there by his car looking at us as we drove away. I felt very uncomfortable so I found a parking spot in a nearby parking lot and parked there for a minute to make sure he didn’t follow me. It’s a good thing I did that because I texted my coworker a few minutes later and she said he followed her until she turned onto a side street.<br><br>So yeah that was definitely a weird encounter that I will never forget and I’m glad nothing bad happened to us.
