How would you feel if your pet was killed by a wild animal and the culprit simply shrugged it off as a natural thing to happen?

Happened to me last night. When my farm was attacked by 12-13 wild wolves. The male water snake that I was about to pair with a female got trampled. He was a massive water snake from the photos I've seen. Definitely had a dream mate in him.

These wolves just wandered into our farm, didn't even kill a chicken, rabbit, or rooster which is why I'm really mad. We didn't even see them in our farm til they came into the enclosure.

I was expecting them to do some damage to the fences or something since we have other animals lol but they went straight for the snake enclosure, which has a weak plywood roof. I'll never forget that snake.

Honestly if I see them, I'll shoot them all. They won't attack us humans anyway but they'll attack anything that they perceive to be weak.

I've been breeding snakes for years now but this is the first time I've lost one to wild animals. So these wolves are gone now and probably won't come back. I'll get a new snake but I'll probably name it after what happened.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
